Damages or defects: we go to great lengths to ensure that all prints are in perfect condition and are packaged to withstand the rigours of delivery. Very occasionally, things do get broken during shipping and on even rarer occasions a defect slips through our quality control checks. If this happens simply contact us and supply details of the issue and we will arrange a replacement.

Dissatisfaction or change of mind: we want you to love your new artwork - but occasionally expectations are not met. If you don't like your print or product you can return it undamaged, un-soiled and in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive the goods we will issue a full refund or exchange them for goods of an equal value. Please contact us before commencing the returns process.

Please note that we'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), goods returned due to dissatisfaction or change of mind are to be shipped to us at your expense.

Refunds: If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
